Who in their right mind would grant additional compensation to someone who either tried to take advantage of a situation, or should have known better? And when that guy is the "top banana" ....

My question for the board

Why is he still there and why is he being compensated?

In my experience, a leopard never changes its spots, and he's been there for quite a few years.
