Zak:
All of your posts here reflect your disillusionment with AUM which is based on the low share price. As the company has said to you, their employees and management share your frustrations, as do those of us who read your posts. The sector in which AUM operates is experiencing the same general problems with share prices which reflect low commodity prices, market manipulation and general unease with small miners. Individual companies have no control over these problems which would fit the definition of your word "generic", meaning "not specific."
The company's response to you is anything but generic. They have given you specific actions they are taking to plan for the future of the company's operations which they genuinely believe are "catalysts for company value moving forward." While your pessimism may be justified I do not agree that you can extrapolate it into the company filing for chapter 11. Statements like that might cause one to wonder whether you have done much careful analysis of the company's finances and operating plans. There are some positives in the AUM story if you are inclined to look for them. Focusing on them might make life a little brighter for you and your readers.
Cheers!
