It would be very interesting to know who brought the company to the attention of the law firm in the first place. First guess would be a disgruntled shareholder but presumably it would have to be someone with some knowledge of the company's internal workings. The lawyers must already have some evidence that would encourage them to take this step into the public domain. Disheartening.
