There was one major shareholder who sold continually and happens to be from your neck of the woods. I don't believe ECU management sold much stock through the years.

BTW, once again, the stock tops out early and even though gold/silver have climbed further today, the daily systematic takedown of the stock is taking place again (from 1.30 to 1.22). Upon careful scrutiny, one has to be completely ignorant to not see the blatant manipulation in this stock.
