Decent answer, but management has reacted far too late with cost cutting.

The stock now has the price of a call option. If ever the company would have to sell its assets, I believe they have a value far above the $60 mln the company is now valued at.

I bought some shares at 1.19 earlier today, because this is an artificially created and unrealistic valuation.
