Jeff,

Perhaps the first call to be made should be for Corp. Counsel, Deborah Friedman to contact FINRA and ascertain whether ECU Silver was one of the stocks identified as being manipulated by Newedge or the firm’s clients. I believe AUMN’s management has this fiduciary responsibility to long-standing ECU/AUMN shareholders.
