What is so totally confusing to me, is that supposedly the hedge funds (naked) shorting this sector for the last few years, saw this situation coming long, long time ago. Are sectors really going from one extreme to the other in a natural (market flow) of way or are there other, unnatural forces helping the market to set these extremes?

What a dilemma.
