The marketplace always rules.

If the marketplace is willing to accept what is being referred to as supposedly fraudulent settlements, it obviously sees this as the best way to recover whatever the market wants to offer.

There is always another way.

Just say no!

Force the issue, but make sure you understand the consequences first.

As most greedy people understand, the first law is always "Protect the downside".

If the downside, means they get to "play some more" then play.
