Readers of this thread certainly have your message loud and clear that you would like senior management of AUM to leave the company so that younger people could work their magic. Whether AUM's management spends any time reading here or considering acting on that information is quite doubtful.

I don't recall exactly what you would have new management do if they were given a chance. I found it interesting that the following wording is in the article that you included with your latest post:

"The new CEOs reflect the industry’s focus away from M&A, (a trend noted in our Global Mining Deals: Down, but not out) and towards achieving operational cost improvements and delivering projects on budget."

It strikes me that cost improvement and delivering projects presently under way is precisely what AUM management is now doing. Do you disagree?
