I was going to reply last night that I would be taking bets on gold having a monthly close under $1400. Imagine the rooms of people that are tasked with painting the tapes of all the rigged markets to manipulate peoples perceptions. I know this is a tired cliche but there are no markets anymore, just manipulations! IF gold COULD close above $1400 today it would be a huge sign to me that our central planners are losing the battle.
