Ok, I got it. Last year these directors got the same amount of money from the company (with just 20k shares... but the price at this date was 3x today's price). This is a yearly salary for the board of directors.

This year, they got their shares 15 days before last year's, perhaps because it's a better deal at these low prices (who knows? perhaps they know that in 15 days they would have got less shares for their compenstion?)

This is a nothing event, back to the bunker, sorry for the worry.
