Nothing prevents a bank from having various funds. Say a gold fund, silver fund, precious metal fund, oil fund, real estate fund and 'you name it fund', to give a few examples.

And it would be very foolish of 'The Government' to be acting as a fund, the finger of blame would be pointed at it by that representation. And why should they when they have all kinds of private entities doing their bidding for them. Lol, those private entities ARE the government, as the FED for over a century misrepresenting themselves as the national (i.e. government's) bank.

As for Sinclair, if he said funds were doing it then I say that they were and are. I have all the reasons to still have faith in him.
By the way, those funds are mostly banks, all my humble opinion of course.

Have faith, I have been saying since the autumn of 2006 that the end is near, and where is it?
That end has been much delayed and people like you and me have no influence on when.

I also still have faith that the end is near but that NEAR is like a rubber band, it gets stretched by we all know who until it breaks.
