In my opinion, the real financial war is not something that will take away the ground under our feet in a few weeks in a cascade of failing banks in the near future or so. The financial war is what has been going on for at least 5-10 years now and that is a consistent negative real interest rate of officially 1-2% per year, but in reality up to 5% or more per year, eating up our wealth at a very fast pace.

That is the real tax that we are all paying right now and that we will continue to pay over the years to come, probably culminating in a multiple of that in the year that hyperinflation attacks and currencies will be reset.

What is so horribly sad is that this silent, but steady robbery of 5% per year will bring the already poor into destitution and the middle class into poverty. The rich will become middle class and survive, while the super rich wil get even richer.

Result: a society which will be totally out of balance. Well, in fact already is totally out of balance and getting more out of balance.
