A few posts back I made a comment that banksters were not the sharpest tacks in the drawer.

However, either the IMF, Germany or whoever came up with this crazy idea, must wear the stupidity crown to go with the emperors suit of clothes.

With the cat out of the bag, no-one can stuff it back in, imo.
