The heart of the banking system is based on "trust". Even if your theory is correct, by initially "stealing" before any new currency introduction, surely even the "sheeple" will lose trust in that institution.

By the way, I have never blamed the banksters. For the most part they are not the "sharpest tacks in the drawer" at least I've found that in my dealings with them, but when you control the monies they do, they lobby and the government gives them "carte blanc" to do as they please.

Now when you look at who owns the government...?
