I agree 100% with you, Silverbull, I also can't get it how these CEO's and major shareholders don't put up a fight. Some 5 years ago I have seen how biotechnology companies with extremely promising platforms and products were run into the ground by hedgefunds and had to witness how Management, Board and major shareholders were just letting it happen. Something must be very wrong with the overall incentive structure in the sector.
