*While it appears the silver explosion notion is way off base at the moment, the proof will be in the price pudding many months from now. If, as I suspect, this is a manufactured JPM raid, the price will rebound with a vengeance, and head for all-time highs. If this does not occur, then it will be time to go back to the drawing board to figure out what was wrong with the analysis.

*On a related note, just got off the phone with a very smart, well connected, source. It was this source who told us last summer that someone whom he respected in the bullion business for nearly 40 years was as bullish on silver as he had ever been because of the incredible tightness in the market.

Turns out he has not changed his market opinion, except on one thing. This business veteran in the physical markets was never a believer in what GATA had to say. But after what he has now seen, he might as well be one of our flag wavers. My guy in Europe has rarely ever seen his valued contact so animated saying this move down in the precious metals is due solely to the bullion banks at the behest of the US Government.

Sound familiar?

That sort of reinforcing input gives me further confidence that once this punitive market slaughter is over with, from whatever price level, the market moves to the upside will be dramatic.

I ordered 2,000 1 oz. silver rounds and was received last week. After I ran an article about having silver rounds available, I ran out in 2 days. I then went to one of my suppliers and they announced that they also are out of stock because they were sold out. I now have to scramble to find additional suppliers. This is what happens when the silver price is driven lower. More demand and less supply. I am telling my customers to take possession of all their silver and gold now!
