Sprott files 13F statements each quarter. Although the deadline for year-end 2012 is around Feb 15, 2013, Sprott has already filed. As of 31 Dec 2012, Thomson Reuters shows Sprott held just over 562,000 shares of Golden Minerals. This is public information.

I have access to TR news feed and I can confirm what they are saying.

My dear Priggly, you are either a basher on this board or you have been wrongly informed. Sprott HAS NOT SOLD its position.
