I usually don't post anything without first understanding why I posted.

I also try very hard to label anything I consider OFF TOPIC as such. However, when it comes to gold and silver pricing, I believe that politics plays a big part, and something that could have serious implications in U.S. politics, such as job numbers, interest rates or possible impeachment of a sitting president, I find hard to dismiss. It is one of the main fundamentals that affects how people think, especially about protecting their assets

As for AUM not being a political forum, I agree, unless the politics have any bearing on AUM's market.

My comment is also just an observation, not an insinuation.

By the way, pic, I enjoy your posts. They offer good "Food for thought".
