I read this as: the Bix Weir's, Jim Willie's etc have done their job over the last 10 years. They (the experts) unknowingly helped the bullion banks to milk us. Once we are structurally above $1764 in gold, $36 in silver and $400 in the HUI, we will have completed the transfer of gold, silver and the shares to the filthy rich and we will be all looking into the same direction.

Difference is that they have made money over the years, while we have lost.
