Hey, Moose, I can understand and empathize with your pain and frustration. But, this move doesn't seem too different from so many moves in the developmental natural resource area since I got into it with Berkeley Petroleum, PYR and East Lost Hills about 12 years or so, and I'm quite sure you've witnessed this stuff for more years than I.

I think it's a darn typical move, while I wish it could have been for $6.25 with no warrants, at least the warrants are well out of the money.

Not saying that there's not a lot of crookedness that occurs in the markets, but you, I and other investors, especially in developmental resources, we've already decided to play in this arena, with full knowledge that stuff like this happens.
