(I have a call into Danni to confirm this report of TD's downgrade)

If this downgrade is true, following preliminary analysis on the offering Friday whereby TD/Dan Earle reported:

Impact -Positive

The equity offering should significantly strengthen the company's balance sheet and address near-term liquidity concerns that in our view have pressured the stock. Together with the net proceeds from ongoing production, we believe the company should have sufficient funds to complete the planned incremental expansion of the Velardena operations to 1,150 tpd.

then TD's analysis has reached a new low!

And, once again, if true, then the fact that the stock is only down 5 cents (with silver down), after being up 8 cents this morning, confirms both the limited effect TD has on this stock AND, how washed out this stock is at this price!

I'd be willing to bet that TD is pissed off that they didn't get the deal!
