I hope all the smug 'little guys" start to twitch a little because 'the system' is going to hang them. Inside trading and illegal naked shorting will be the easiest to track down and as the heat is turned up the 'regulators' will strike to deflect any attention on themselves. Imagine knowing ahead of time when to naked short and then when to go long...and repeat many times. Imagine. These will be the sacrificial lambs.
