Absolutely correct Tidbits. In communicating with the company recently since the Sinclair commentary, I was told they would make attempts to talk to Sinclair, I do not know whether they followed through and did so but I will ask next time I am in communication.

I do know that previous management talked with Sinclair the last time he tried to move this issue a couple years ago and ECU management were completely supportive. This on top of numerous efforts dealing with regulators themselves mostly to no avail.
