GWR, methinks you protest too much here…why?

I never accused the management of AUM of anything…so don’t put words in my mouth. Your hollow threats of me accusing anyone are just a bit too shrill as far as I’m concerned…and a clear attempt to misdirect. I am saying loud and clear that all JPM/PM Co.s (read my quote) should more than welcome all inquiries and scrutiny because there is much suspicion out there that some have transgressed. You seem to forget GWR that many innocent investors have been robbed and the anger is rippling just under the surface of very deep waters. “buy the dip” we have been told…give us all a little better respect than that!!! Every single investor in AUM and every other miner out there has the right to demand in-depth information given the revelations and scandalous environment that is now reaching a much more visible audience. It should be up to every single PM CEO to more than welcome the chance of declaring a squeaky clean operation for the last several years.

Hard questions should be addressed by all…and very gladly. It isn’t up too me to spearhead it. Why would there be any problem when all are now more or less painted with the same brush? You tell me why AUM alone should be allowed to rest on their ‘morals’ (not laurels) that you have so proudly exclaimed? What is so different about AUM that they should not be given the chance to make a clear statement and give proof to legal inquiries? The extreme and improbable drop of the share price alone should require a complete explanation…especially given the ounces and probable ounces in the ground. CEOs and management of all companies should be able to answer some very tough questions now.

Given the present market environment, with corruption from top to bottom now exposed, and hundreds of law suits being made, with criminality acknowledged and proven (GATA)… it should be mandatory that not all in the industry are tainted with the same odour. It has not come from my mouth, but from many experts in the industry that have followed and expounded on this sector that has been manipulated for years…in their words, not mine. Don’t come down on me for simply stating the obvious!!! Ask those who are making the headlines such as Sinclair, Butler and a hundred more. I have no idea who is or is not guilty…that is why the air needs to be cleared. I suspect those who may have some difficulty under a legal inquiry may be most horrified of it. All are innocent until proven guilty, so how do investors find that out?

Do not threaten me with puffed up protest! It is more than obvious that you have over reacted and I have to wonder why. Oblique threats/bluffs that I have made accusations and/or criminal charges against AUM or anyone else are spurious in themselves and ring hollow. Do you not think I have any legal knowledge or that I do not discuss such matters with lawyers…one who happens to hold shares in AUM and many others, as does Sprott.

Here is what I said…and what Jim Sinclair posted. Read it again!

“If management has nothing to hide, there should be no hesitation proving the concerns are totally invalid. This approach could be used with many PM miners, explorers and developers.”

Here is a direct quote from Jim Snclair:

The short sellers:

A reasonable assumption of the population of stockholders for the 500 meaningful precious metals companies, from exploration to mid tier production, is 1,500,000 stockholders. Arab Spring came from organizing people of like mind and motivating them to take action using high tech methods. The chat rooms are a start even though they are a major tool of the manipulators via bashing. Every company out there should have a website set up by the stockholders to meet and organize. If there is not a legitimate stockholder site out there for your company, start one. The name of the site should be the name of the company stockholder forum. There are many tricks to get the stockholder’s site ranked highly on Google and other search engines.

Our Plans:

For every stockholder to complain to the regulators.
For every stockholder to complain to the exchanges their company is traded on.
For every stockholder to complain to the specialist in their respective share.
For every stockholder to complain to their CEO, realizing that to wake them up tough love may be required.
For every stockholder of ETFs in PMs to pressure the CEO of the PM ETF to cease lending their shares like a waterfall.
For every company to have an independent website from the company run website to organize stockholders on.
For every company to have at least one stockholder willing to legally demand his or her rights.
