And that's about all they will do. The BS replies I got from them years ago are probably still the culture of the day. Not until the heat is really turned up, and officiial charges are laid will any serious action be taken in my so very humble opinion.

As for the Ontario Securities commission, boiler plate responses were all I ever received after many complaints and quotes from Sinclair and the like. In other words, get lost small retail investors.

I suspect class action law suits will be the cry of the day once the dam breaks as it is just now starting with vigor in the US...and all those in the regulatory and 'self monitroing' category should be taken for all their worth...and sent to jail. Their collective arrogance has been particularly nauseating. The evidence is all there for years now. Any good legal team will have a hay day with it. Those responsible had better start feeling nervous. Lawyers are hungry and love making the big bucks...for a good cause in this case.
