When I was a child just at the end of WW2, and still in the U.K., most of the "old folk" had mixed feelings about the U.S.

These sentiments were passed down and (the brainwashing) was taught as part of the curriculum in schools. It was meant to teach us young folk, that even though the U.S. had provided indispensable help to "Save Europe", Britain still had a stranglehold on America.(We were too young to understand why the war started in the first place. All we remember is that we had been faced with a "dragon" and we had slain it, in true British fashion – what a joke).

The early part of the video describes almost to a "tee" exactly how it was described to us as children. Yes America was "the greatest country in the world", but Britain would have the last laugh.

Don't ask me to describe my despicable thoughts of the British elites!
