These moves announced today are exactly what mgmt indicated they would do. Beginning with the San Diego agreement with GOG, they continue to seek ways to monetize non-core properties, raise cash, and seek joint ventures whereby the partner finances further development.
What irks me is the absurd trading in the stock at times. There's no way this news today is not positive. Yet, after a small 5 cent rally, some idiot dumps a block of 15-20,000 shares, at market, and takes the stock down 17 cents. It is likely to bounce back today but I'm tired of ignorant manner in which the stock is sold at times.
