You posted this yesterday, GWR, and I think this is very significant for gold. I tried to trace back the Basel III document, but couldn't find it.

The main question is whether this will already have an effect on (mainly commercial) banks to start accumulating gold and whether they will go for allocated gold or just a paper substitute.
