Well, it is either a belated short beginning to cover a grand total of 3+ million shares, or a deep-value investor who surprisingly stayed around till the very close on Friday afternoon, but someone took out the 10,000 share obstacle....er...offer at $7.05, allowing the stock to close at the week's high of $7.07.
