You couldn't be more wrong in your assertions Scout and this filing is a common practise in the US and been done numerous times by Golden Minerals, look at the history of S3 filings. This same type of filing has been done for Sentient before and no stock has been sold by Sentient that I am aware of since I have more closely followed the company.
