Did anyone pick up on the fact that from the Annual Report at http://goldenminerals.com/investor_secfilings.php that in Oct 2011, the Sentient group bought 4,118,150 shares at $7.44 per share, and that these shares are now being offered for sale through the Company at $6.95 per share, per the S-3 Registration form shown at the above link.
