They practically mean the same thing.
El Quevar is almost quaranteed by March 31, while Valardena near the end of March.
If you take is strictly and literaly then I would concur that Valardena before El Quevar. 51% of one vs 49% of the other as I interpret it.
Is that important? Am not that particular. Cheers. Ed.
