I fully agree with the analysis in your mail to the CFTC. I have written e-mails to the CFTC in 2006, in 2010 and 2011, but by now it is clear to me that the CFTC is not independent from those in power and therefore a useless entity, so wouldn't it make more sense to mobilize all the victims of abuse and collectively start a political movement/party that tries to change the two pillars of all evil in American markets and (as a consequence) international markets:

- the US lobby system (which is equal to formally allowing the bribing of public servants and not allowing the separation of public interest and personal/business interest)

- the Anglo-Saxon election system, that automatically leads to a 2-party system (which has evolved into a "duopolistic" show-leadership/dictatorship in the hands of the 1%)

A new political movement or,better, a multitude of representative parties should not be dominated by the top 5% (as is the case of the Tea party movement, just like the two existing parties), but by the majority of the people in the US. That is the only way to achieve structural reforms in decision making and voting by/representation of all layers of society.

I am European, so probably I should not provoke you with these thoughts, because we have plenty of problems to solve ourselves. However, I can tell you that I have been materially abused and mentally shocked as much as most of you by the way things have evolved in the US markets during the last 15 years. A weird and fraudulous dotcom boost and bust, toxic derivatives taking out trillions of private (and public) savings across the globe, the total HFT control of most world markets and the imposition of negative real interest rates for years in a row: each market participant (and non-market participant) on this planet is undergoing the negative effects of this crony-capitalistic scheme run by the banksters in (mainly) the US and UK and can't do a thing about it.

Only in the US things can be changed. If not, markets will collapse totally and things will reorganize in the future starting on the Eastern side of the planet. I appreciate you are still writing to the CFTC. I have given up on them.
