The deal for Golden Minerals is pretty non-significant and gives them exactly what the LOI agreement states, stock and NSR which can be paid in cash or stock. They can monetize the stock over time. Pretty standard stuff for option agreements.

Obviously these proiperties aren't in any current plans for Golden Minerals. Golden has more than 40 more properties and I expect to see more deals of this nature over time as they determine where to focus their resources and what can be pursued and or developed in a reasonable time frame, a good problem to have.
