Baba, to answer your question I've always had a thing for real estate. Given that I'm an accountant by profession, I could have been working as well in the pharmaceutical industry, or in any other field that requires accounting.

I was fortunate enough many moons ago to land a nice job with a real estate developper.

Being a bit of a Gold bug, believing that PM's are the antidote for bad economic time, it made my rather modest investments in the PM sector a no brainer.
