I don't live in the U.S., but if I did, I would certainly make myself aware of all the laws that affected my well-being as a citizen.

I hear lots of complaints about Congress and others, not protecting constitutional rights, but it seems to me, that the Supreme Court has deemed those rights to be enforceable at the local level, by the elected Local Sherrif.

Suggest American citizens use this right to their full advantage, before it is taken away from them.

Vote for a strong sympathetic sherrif, who understands what powers he/she has, and let him do his job.

Sounds simple, I know, but maybe it really is that simple.
