Just to add to my comments on the 1,277,700 shares that Sprott filed they own last Friday, Oct 7, 2011.
Sprott held 821,700 share as of June 30, 2011 so the additional shares is either from market buying or based on the conversion of ECU shares to AUM.
The Sprott share position means Sprott either bought 456,000 shares of AUM since the merger announcement indicating strong support or held 9.12 million ECU shares prior to the conversion which would indicate they liked ECU prior to the merger or of course something in between. In either case it is certainly a positive endorsement for the merged company going forward.
