I'm not defending anything just pointing out facts and differences in thinking. The only people who can rally know the motivation is the AUM upper managment and BOD.

I can't be much clearer than stating that I wouldn't have taken the cheque which I stated clearly in an earlier post. This doesn't make me right though anymore then Coach will be right. Most of us think like what we are, retail investors who don't run significant sized companies. I can give you a dozen reasons why they should have done this deal and just as many as why they could have waited but none of it will matter in 6 or 12 months time, the only thing that will matter is what they do with what they have. I expect it is more than could have been done or accomplshed by ECU managment alone making me and all here better off, I hope.
