Nothing new in any of that information, I was aware of it all especially differences in reporting requirements between countries or regulatory jurisdictions/exchanges. Mostly standard motherhood statements using some direct examples as they are required to do.

I didn't say there might not be some useful information only that it is standard stuff as required and must be stated like merger risk statements stuff, etc. This is like saying there is risk waking up every day which of course there is some.

I also would encourage people to read the material if they have the time as it may help make them more aware and this is never a bad thing.
