They can't possibly consider a dividend or share buyback as those are strategies limited to companies making serious money only. AUM will make serious money in the future but that time is not yet and all excess monies will be invested in building production, exploration to build resource and new mine development. If they even considered what you are suggesting I would sell all the stock I own and fast as would most other large shareholders.

The only ways to deal with these miscreants is generate buying from accomplishment and getting the story out (the best option for success as the company can control this), trying to get regulators to respond (low likelihood of this) and try to get evidence so litigation can be pursued (this is a difficult path as well but can work).
