Wait five minutes! That's what people say about places like San Francisco, and I'm sure there are plenty of places in Canada like that.
And it's been true about the markets, especially in the last three weeks.
On my drive to work this morning, the financial reporter on a general news station says something like, "gold was hit yesterday for $100 and it's down another $125 today." My blood ran cold, although I was pretty sure she either misspoke or was fooled by the way gold prices are reported, given what has been happening lately, I had to turn on my Blackberry (don't like to do that while driving) and check things out. Didn't hit any pedestrians or vehicles, and saw the HUI was still up a bit. And currently, the HUI is actually kicking a little butt!
These are very, very interesting times.
