I don't have a clear answer on this one. But I would think if they would charge you so much take a vacation and get the certificated in person. You might enjoy getting away along with the thought you may find information out that could help you for your future.

Yes I know that is a long shot approach but if you do have the time why give your money away when you can enjoy yourself and get the direct results you deserve. Hoped that was a good idea for you. By the way I still like flying southwest airlines and it sounds cheaper than it would for you to pay or even end up frustrated. Good luck either way.
