I was referring to the last publication by AF of 2-12-08 , a copy I always kept. In that piece he updates his MAJOR waves in the light of the Big Kahuna crisis to higher levels than his earlier back on the enveloppe template. Major three from $700 to $3500. Maybe I have missed a later update.
