Yet, I remain a tad suspicious, seeing that the buyer and seller could be the same entity and merely creating a pseudo trade 11 minutes after the opening.

If it is legit, it is very positive that ECU has suddenly found a buyer of size and taken out that large block. Let's stay tuned to the rest of the day's trading.
