Only three of my juniors, including two Yukon explorers, had volume today exceeding the daily average and then not by much. All the rest were well under the daily average. Three of my juniors now also trade on either the Amex or the big board, and even they were a good bit under the daily average. A couple others were even red in spite of today's action. ECU traded about half its daily average.

Also, SLV was well under the daily average, almost by half. GLD was well over, not quite double.

I don't know what to make of it, but I thought for sure there would be big volume today. The total value of my gang was up quite a bit today overall, but it wasn't because of volume. What about that volume preceding price bit. Sure didn't see it today. Not that much interest so far. Maybe tomorrow.

Could it be the big buyers are waiting on the sidelines expecting JPMorgue and friends to bomb this advance with the help of the Exchange Stabilization Fund, now that its coffers are refilling, thanks to the new "budget"?
