When Barack has good news, briefing takes place when the markets are open. Yet bad news, briefing takes place at 6:00 PM?

You can bet the farm on this one, there will be a deal (Last, last minute) it will be a terrible one and they'll be dancing in the streets. Wall street will keep getting richer, Main street will keep starving. That's just the way things are in the great U S of A.
