Read a funny story yesterday about the status of certain areas of the world (can't remember where I read it, and can't take credit for it, but it certainly "hit the spot").

It went something like this:

"Mr. Putin, Queen Elizabeth and Mr. Obama arrive in heaven just about the same time.

Being the dignitaries? they are, they insisted on having telephone access.

Mr. Putin called Moscaw for about 5 mins. at a "heavenly" cost of one million rubles(or whatever fiat currency Russia has ).

Queen E. calls Buckingham Palace for about 30 mins and her "holy" account was debited five million pounds.

Mr. Obama called Washington and was on the phone for almost 3 hours. He received a "tab" for U.S.$5.

Putin and Queen E. demanded to know why such a difference.

Explanation from heaven was as follows:

The U.S. is going to HELL and from here that is just a local call.
