Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
Hi Hobbers, I don;t remember where I heard this but it was recently. The Chinese did have a meeting with JPM about future involvements. Although I have not heard anything about it since it wasn't to long ago. I want to say it had to do with the new exchange but I am not sure. If it does I would have a little concern. But knowing the chinese are on a full out blitz to expand themselves in the markets I seriously doubt JPM would be a strongarm in this.
I do know that China will not back down and will eventually see the yuan in a position of great security for other nations. They have loosened up on gold momentarily and I believe that they have the inside trade on this. There is nothing like having the reserves to buy up more real money. So if they think for one moment that gold will fall to help the western world bank collapse like me I would wait and buy on the dip.
I don't feel the same about silver. The Chinese are continuing to buy all they possibly can and why not we are sitting on our butts with a wallet of credit cards and cash waiting for the geniuses to tell us what to do. It will be to late for many because if anybody thinks that a really big bull run is not going to happen in the near future for silver they are sadly mistaken. I have noticed as of late that even the charts can't predict what is about to happen.
If anyone thinks for one moment that all the major countries aren't looking at our next move they are nuts. Silver is still a outstanding buy at these prices. And when it hits 100.00 look out, a lot of people are going to get hurt. That includes many corporations that use silver and don't have a back up supply. Yeah right like we have a back up supply of silver right now. And with oil holding its own it makes matters worse for the miners as they have to pay more to get the minerals out. All in all I expect higher inflation in some parts of the world and hyperinflation in other parts. Guess who will end up with hyperinflation?
