Yep, should have put 2 and 2 together to see that the crooks wanted G&S to climb as "worries" over the debt limit were increasing. Now "ta da!, we have a consensus" (to do nothing!) it's back to same ol same ol. I do think that the HKMEX could be a game changer in time.
